1. Membership and Cancellation

  • Term: Membership renews automatically (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, as selected) unless canceled via the Membership Portal.

  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your Membership Portal only. Email, phone, or text cancellations are not accepted. For the next billing cycle to be avoided, submit your cancellation at least 10 days before your scheduled payment. Processing may take 3–5 business days.

  • No Refunds: Digital access is immediate and ongoing; therefore, no refunds are offered for partial months or unused time.

  • Free Trial Cancellation: To avoid charges after a free trial, cancel at least 48 hours before trial ends via the Membership Portal. Processing may take 1–2 business days; late cancellations may incur a charge.

  • Account Security: You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify Imagine Social of unauthorized use immediately.

  • Termination by Imagine Social: Membership or access may be terminated at any time with or without notice or cause.

2. Intellectual Property

  • License Grant: Paid members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use program content for their real estate marketing.

  • Restrictions: Content may not be altered, resold, sublicensed, distributed, or reused for group training without written permission.

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets) remain the exclusive property of Imagine Social.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & No Guarantee of Results

  • No Guarantee: Program content is provided in good faith and without warranties, express or implied, for completeness, accuracy, or suitability. Individual results may vary.

  • Your Responsibility: You agree that use of the content is at your own risk and outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and business ideas.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Waiver: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Imagine Social is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages relating to Membership or content use.

5. Force Majeure

  • Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with Membership and use of program materials.

7. Refunds, Guarantees, and Digital Products

  • Live Courses Money-Back Guarantee: Complete all modules, participate, implement strategies, and document your efforts. Submit a written explanation and proof of completion within 7 days of workshop end for refund eligibility. Pre-launch and partial participation sales are nonrefundable.

  • No Refunds for On-Demand Content: Immediate digital access means no refunds for courses or playbooks once purchased.

8. Additional Costs and Budget Considerations

  • Extra Costs: You may incur costs for optional platforms, marketing tools, design software, AI platforms, paid advertising, or other resources. These are additional and not included in registration.

  • Budgeting: Plan for any technology or resource investments you choose. Free and low-cost alternatives are discussed, but some may prefer paid solutions.

9. Code of Conduct
